Welcome to MK Doula Services, where passion and expertise come together to guide you through every step of your unique journey, from pregnancy to birth and beyond. I'm Mirian, a wife, mother of three, and a dedicated doula, deeply passionate about breastfeeding, child development, and supporting families through meaningful birth experiences. To me, birth is an intricate dance between the body’s sensations and the external world, creating a beautiful, unique journey for each family.
My journey as a mother has been one of discovery and growth, with each birth - an initial C-section, a victorious VBAC, and a peaceful home birth - adding to my understanding of what it means to support families through this powerful experience. These experiences have sparked my passion for breastfeeding, supporting natural baby sleep, and nurturing strong parent-child bonds.

With more than 15 years of experience as a birth educator, counsellor, and doula, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to every family I support. Originally from Brazil, I moved to Vancouver in 2016, where I now offer multilingual doula support in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, bridging cultural and language gaps. I’m proud to serve the families of Metro Vancouver, offering personalized support every step of the way. Together, we can create the birth experience you deserve, one filled with warmth, professionalism, and the unwavering care you need.
